In case the problem cannot be fixed over the phone nor via email, we can, if u wish, log on to your computer using QuickSupport and solve the problem online, together. Program installation is not necessary.
As soon as you close QuickSupport, the connection is terminated and as a result our access to your computer will be suspended irrevocably.
And this is how it works:
1. Click the graphic, to start QuickSupport.
2. Choose "execute" twice.
3. Please indicate ID and Password (4 digits).
