Drawing Management Manage your project related drawing in- and outbox. While uploading files, an e-mail is created automatically addressed to the recipients (incl. file list with name, size and date). -
Version Management If a file is uploaded to the server repeatedly, the older version is indexed and archived. The old version will still be available. -
Arbitrary Plan Numbers Poolarserver works with arbitrary plan numbers. Different number conventions may be simultaneously used in a project. -
Preview Images Poolarserver automatically creates preview images of drawings in the prevalent formats (featuring a continuous zoom function ). This way you can check if you have selected the right drawing before downloading it. -
Room Book Planners and executing companies can keep track of inventory data and change requests at all times, utilizing the costumizable Room Book. -
Defect Management You can't make an omelet without breaking eggs! The built-in defect management enables you to manage construction defects better. Keep track of your time by using automatically generated lists and save time, money and nerves in the process. -
Address List Detailed contact information for all parties involved in planning. Administrators are able to change all coordinates and user rights, regular users can only change their own coordinates. -
Poolarmail With Poolarmail you can distribute plans to recipients who are not members of the project room. -
Tree Structure Uploaded files are administered through a tree structure with highly optimized access times. -
Flexible Assignment of Rights Efficient rights management lets project space users only see what they are allowed to see. A folders visibility is contingent upon the users access right. -
Treebase We create individual, internet based database applications, e.g. for LV- Tracking, deficiency management etc. for you, using our unique Treebase-Module. -
Planning Status Planning status can be assigned out of a freely configurable list (e.g. preliminaries, implementation plan, site clear etc.). -
Approval Management Planning status assignments can be configured user-dependent (e.g. solely appointed users are allowed to assign the status “site clear”). Hence, approval can be documented comprehensible in the system. -
History All relevant user activities (e.g. up- and download of files) are registered and can be reviewed. -
Auto Folders Poolarserver can automatically sort uploaded data depending on data name into preset folders. Rules for automatic sorting can be defined freely. -
File Name Control If desired, data name control can be activated so that only valid file names can be entered into the project space. -
Planning List Poolarserver generates an automatically updated planning list for the content of the managed folders. This list can be exported into excel. |

Room Book  | Room Book  We create custom-made, online database applications, e.g. room books or modules for deficiency management, image management, LV tracking, etc. for you, using our unique Treebase-Module. The room book has freely definable fields, where the respective people involved in planning, are able to enter the room data. You can control which office has access to which fields. Important is field-by-field recording of who entered which value at what time. The results are available online for everyone, at any time. They can also be printed out as lists. |

Upload  | Upload  Intuitive upload in a few steps: Choose target directory and recipient, then enter the subject (and optionally, an e-mail text). Afterwards click “upload” and choose the desired files. That’s it… |
User Administration  | Address List  Inside the user administration you can find the contact information of all project space users. The administrator is able to edit all entries and assign user rights. Users can only change their contact information. |
Wiki  | Wiki  You can add project information into the integrated wiki, e.g. timetables, guidelines for plan numbers, information regarding the construction project. |
